Thanks for checking us out - you can create a Community in your neighborhood easily.

Once signed in, click on My Account > My Communities and then click on the link for Locating one near you.

Search for your zip code, and if no Community exists, a link is displayed that says "Create a New Community" which will allow you to create a new Community.

You can skip the steps above an go straight to the Community creation page with the following URL:
